Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
    •    Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at bendecirboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
